She is currently enrolled in a PhD research project on Quenching and Partitioning (TRIP) steels in collaboration with CRM group (Liège). The project focuses on the effects of manganese micro-segregations on such steels and aims at understanding its role in the microstructural development, mechanical properties as well as the macro- and micro-mechanisms involved during plastic deformation
